Dear Sir,

Requesting for artificial limb

I, Suddana Lional was admitted to Thabuththegama hospital on 01.08.2025 as there was a small wound in my leg. I was at Thabuththegama hospital in 45 days.

Later, I was transferred to Anuradhapura hospital on 03.09.2025 because my wound was infected worse.

How ever finally was removed my whole leg (below Knee) on 1709.2025. Earlier I cultivated for my lively hood. Now I unable to cultivate because spend as amputee. I am spending my life sadly with worries. No body help me in now a day. I request kindly to keep your great assistance for an

artificial limb.
