Requesting for artificial limb

I, M.M.M. Rizwan have faced an accident. Then I became an amputee on 27.06.2016 and lost my right leg(Above knee) There is very difficult to continue my daily activities because removing of part of right leg.

 

I am a father of two children who are getting education. I do fruits selling as a self employee.  My wife is also unemployed. The income of fruitsselling not enough to buy the artificial limb.

 

So, I kindly request to keep your great assistance to get an artificial limb.

NOTE: Mr Rizwan has the ability to use an artificial limb well with a free swinging knee for his daily living activities and carry out his small business.  The artificial limb needs extra features to match his activity level.  The total cost of that will be around Rs 150,000 or GBP375.  He qualifies for Rs50,000 Social Security benefits.  He is seeking sponsorship to cover the balance.
