Dear Sir,

Requesting for artificial limb

I, H.A.Malitha Deshan have faced an accident on 20.01.2025. Then just admitted to hospital and got treatments around one month. Doctors stated that unable to cure because of fracture of the leg seriously. Later, they recommended to amputate the leg (below knee) on 20.02.2025. There is very difficult to continue my daily activities because removing of part of right leg.

Earlier my father worked as a cultivator now he is unable to cultivate because he is on sick bed around six months.  My mother is unemployed and also, she is looking after my father. I haven’t brothers and sisters. We three are receiving the donation worth Rs.10,000/= from government for our livelihood. Even income aforesaid not enough to buy the artificial limb.

So, I kindly request to keep your great assistance to get an artificial limb.
