Requesting for artificial limb
I, P.W. Rohana Peris have faced an accident on 17.09.2007. Then I became below knee amputee and lost audibility of right eyer. There is very difficult to continue my daily activities because removing of part of right leg.
 
I am a father of two children and selling confectionery as a self employee. My wife is also unemployed. The income of selling confectionery not enough to buy the artificial limb.
 
So, I kindly request to keep your great assistance to get an artificial limb.

Note:  Once the wound heals we can provide an artificial limb.  Cost is around Rs 50,000 or GBP 150.  He does not qualify for Social Security benefits.  Therefore, the only way he can get a prosthesis is with sponsorship money.
