Dear Sir,

Requesting for artificial limb

I am a low income person. There is a wound on my right leg Which was cut by shaving blade in 1985. Gradually it was infected worse. Later, been removed the part of below knee of right leg as a result of infection worse. Earlier I was employed in a restaurant as a cook. but at present I am unemployed because of current situation (amputee)

My wife was expired in year of 1989. I have a daughter and she had been separated by her husband. My daughter has two children. My daughter, with her two children are fed by myself with collecting money by begging.

I kindly request to make assistance to get artificial limb as I haven’t sufficient worth.
